E – Management of INSPIRE Award Scheme is the Central Government Scheme where all the recognised schools including Government Schools and Private Schools from 06th to 10th have the eligibility to enrol through online (or) offline in this Award Scheme with the help of the DEO’s authorities (District Education Officer). Before doing the enrolment process the concerned schools should do OTR (One Time Registration) process in order to obtain a permanent registration number (Application Number) from the DEO’s authorities (District Education Officer).
