Distribution of Vehicles to the Telangana Police Department
For the purchase of 4,443 vehicles for the City Police of Hyderabad and City of Cyberabad the government has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 271 cores. About 3,883 vehicles are supplied with the advanced technology have already been purchased. The remaining 09 districts of Telangana state has acquired about 550 vehicles along with cyberabad police has acquired extra 1500 vehicles I order to respond to a complaint within a minutes.
Budget on the Strengthening Security Apparatus
The State government of Telangana has allotted Rs, 25000, Rs, 50,000 and Rs. 75,000 to each Telangana Police Station located in the cities, district headquarters and villages respectively.
CCTV Project
The Telangana State Government has undertaken a project of CCTV where in the city of Hyderabad 1, 00,000 CCTV cameras are planned to be installed in 2015 – 2016 and all these CCTV cameras are connected to the control centre and proposed command.
