Department of Ayush, Telangana Objectives

The department of Ayush, Telangana State has the following objectives:

  • In order to provide quality education at the level of graduation and PG (Post Graduation) through the medical colleges of Unani, Naturopathy, Ayurvedic and Homeopathy
  • In order to provide the facilities of Medicare to the state people through Unani, Naturopathy, Ayurvedic and Homeopathy
  • Manufacturing the quality Unani, Naturopathy, Ayurvedic and Homeopathy medicines through the pharmacies of the state government in order to make them available for free of cost to the patients in the Telangana State
  • The regulation of manufacture and sale of Unani, Naturopathy, Ayurvedic and Homeopathy should do in accordance with the law
  • In order to maintain the Medical Practitioners register in the fields of Unani, Naturopathy, Ayurvedic and Homeopathy of the state
  • In order to monitor the Manufacturing and quality of the Unani, Naturopathy, Ayurvedic and Homeopathy medicines and sold in the state
