Ranthambore Fort

Its ancient name was Ranthambore and Ranthampurpur. In ancient times, in the 12th century, it connected to the Jain religion of Prithviraj I of Chauhan empire.Prithviraj chauhan ranthambore

Siddesansura, who lived in the 12th century, described it as one of the holy and major pilgrimage places of Jainism. In the Mughal time, the temple of Mallinath built in the fort. Before the rule of Prithviraj Chauhan in the 12th century, Yadav used to rule this fort. Sultan Eltumish of Delhi had captured Ranthambore in 1226. After the death of Eltumish in 1236, Chauhan recovered it. Sultan Nasir Uddin later started the army of Mahmud in Sultan Bolban, but in 1248 and 1253 he had to make many fortresses. In 1283 Shakti Deo became the successor of Jeetrasinh and he recovered Ranthambore and his vast empire. After this Sultan Jalaluddin Firuz Khilji had all the kilos from 1290 to 91.ranthombore temples
