Real Estate Regulatory Authority Punjab Rules
The following are the rules of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority Punjab (ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰੀਅਲ ਅਸਟੇਟ ਰੈਗੂਲੇਟਰੀ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ) under Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016:
- In order to help the promoters and allottees in fulfilling their responsibility like at the property sale and booking time
- In order to update and add all the required data regarding the Projects by the developer or promoter
- Also, to update or add his or her information of profile like background work, information of an enterprise, contact number, etc in Punjab RERA Portal
- In order to maintain accounts, relevant records, documents, etc by the Agents
