Ragi Appam (Finger Millet) – रागी एपम (फिंगर मिलेट)

Material needs to make Finger Millet – रागी एपम रेसिपी
Ragi dough (Finger Millet Dough) – 1 cup,
oats – 1/4 cup (powdered),
semolina – 2 tablespoons,
Sour curd – 1/4 cup,
Almond clippings and roasted peanuts 2-2 tablespoons,
chopped nuts – 1 tablespoon,
cashew nuts – 2 tablespoons,
curry leaves- 10-12 (chopped),
salt- as per Taste,
citric acid and
Eno- 1 teaspoon,
Chilly flakes- 1 teaspoon,
Ghee 2 teaspoons
Making of Ragi Appam – रागी एपम बनाना
Prepare a thick batter by mixing ragi dough, oats, semolina, curd, citric acid, and salt. Leave the solution for 15 minutes. Heat ghee and put nuts in it and fry it. After frying a little, pour the Chilly Flakes by taking them out of the gas. Pour this fry tadka in the ragi solution and mix well. Then Mix the Eno into the solution. Put the Appe-making Pan on Gas & Heat it then pours the Appe mold in the pan, then cook it on a low flame. Pour little ghee on the Appe while cooking on low flame. Serve with hot coconut chutney or green chutney. That’s it the Ragi Appe is Ready & it is a healthy food to prepare in a short time.
