Indian Institute of Management Calcutta
IIMC established in the year 1961, November in Calcutta. It was the first National Institute for Postgraduate studies and also research in Management. Indian Institute of Management was set up by the Government of India and also the government of West Bengal.
The main objective of the IIMC is to become as an International Centre of Excellence in all the areas of Management, Indian ethics and also the Social Values.
IIMc comes under the Department of Higher Education(DHE) in the Ministry of Human Resource Development(MHRD).

Finance Lab
IIMC started Financial Research and Trading Lab to help research in the Financial Markets and give finance to the managers for the management of inventing the financial products. The Financial Lab constitutes of international financial data, business news and also more about the financial analysis.
Management Centres for Human Values(MCHV)
MCHV strives for the development of Philosophical ethics of India.
Centre for Development and Environment Policy(CDEP)
CDEP established in the year 1998 by the IIMC as the Interdisciplinary Platform. It mainly focusses on the economical activities and also the natural environment of the Policy.
Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation(CEI)
This Centre set up in order to generate great innovations in the research and also to make the faculty and students learn each other and innovate many things.
Centre for Corporate Governance(CCG)
CCG is developed in order to create and spread the Knowledge in all the corporate governance and also to train the directors of the Companies.
Social Informatics Research Group
IIMC has set up this Center for not only in management but also in the social activities of India.
High-Performance Research Group(HPS)
These HPS are used to high performance in the research studies of design and the Internet Routing.
IIM Calcutta Case Research Centre(IIMCCRC)
IIMC has set up this to make the case study not only in India but also abroad.

Recruitment in IIMC
IIMC recruits many students as the management education has been developing. It recruits conducting the entrance exams to the students after qualifying, they allowed for the next exam and the merit students will be recruited.
International Student Exchange Programme
IIMC Started international student exchange Programme to make the Institute as International Center in Management education. So, the students of IIMC got the opportunity to research at international Institutes.
