AP RERA stands for “ Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority ” is an act of Parliament of India. The APRERA has come into force in the year 01st May of 2017 and the Andhra Pradesh State Government has approved the Real Estate Regulatory Authority Andhra Pradesh in the year 27th Mar of 2017.   • In order to establish the mechanism of adjudicating for speedy dispute redressal
