- Voter ID

Step by Step Process to Book Tirumala Darshan Tickets using TTD Online Website:
STEP 1: Visit the official TTD website
STEP 2: Check for the Availability on which day you want to book at TTD Online Website. You will experience a big grid with red and green in Availability at TTD Online Website. Green means Available and Red means not Available.
STEP 3: For this, you need to register at TTD Online Seva Registration and create an account in TTD. You need to select the Signup option which appears on the login box of the home page.

STEP 4: For registering, you need to enter name, address and select the Identity proof for using. You are required to upload an image which is small in size of up to 1MB. You’re also required to enter a valid mobile number of the nation as you will receive notifications and alerts on the mobile.
STEP 5: You will get an activation e-mail from tickets@tirumala.org with a subject “TTD –User Account Activation” for activation of the account. You need to activate it with the given link for booking tickets.
STEP 6: After Activation, you can login using the email ID and password from the home page.
STEP 7: Once the login is done, you have to select the option “e-entry darshan”.
STEP 8: Here, you will be given various options like number of people visiting with you and more. Once you select the date, it will display the available slots of time and cost. To select a slot, you need to click the check box displayed and hit on continue for further steps.

STEP 9: Now on the next page, you need to enter the information of other people travelling with you to Tirupati. You need to enter all the details and check whether your details are properly given in the top display box given.
STEP 10: Once you enter all the details, you will be asked to proceed to the payment after agreeing to the terms. You need to book using the services of Andhra Bank or ICICI bank. They are just like payment Gateways, you need not have accounts in either of the two banks.

STEP 11: Once you click on the pay button, you will be redirected to the site of the bank. Once you pay and if it is confirmed, you will receive the confirmation. You need to print the confirmation.
STEP 12: If you forget it, you can login again and print it going to the booking history. Save as PDF Print and it is safe.
KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER:
- At a time, a single person can book up to 6 tickets.
- You can only book before 60 days of the actual darshan. Before 60 days, the slots will not be open.
- The website page always gives a time out error for every 10 or 15 min enter your details fast and be careful. It does not save the details of fellow pilgrims.
- No cancellation or refunding of tickets, it is done once you pay!
