Cancel or Reschedule Passport Appointment
Only just two times in a year an applicant can cancel (or) reschedule the appointment from the 1st date of appointment. The system won’t allow booking of internet appointment for the ARN once two reschedule choices are exercised or the first appointment scheduled over one year ago.

Require is a printout of Application Reference Number (ARN) and visit the PSK at the specified appointment Date / Time along with a copy of the printed ARN;

2: The candidates can re-visit to the same Passport Seva Kendra up to 3 working days from the appointment date when due to a required collection of files is not available then “Refused Token” certificate will be given to them and according to the time cited in the appointment slip. The online appointment is not mandatory for these applicants.
3: Some classes are permitted as Walk-in applicants and obtaining an online appointment isn’t mandatory.
4: Just in case you are unable to secure an appointment or do not fall under Walk-in category; you may visit the concerned Passport Office for entry of manual Passport Application Form. If allowed by the concerned RPO.
Alternatively, RPO may consider giving staggered appointment keeping in view the load/capacity in the various PSK under their jurisdiction. Tatkaal passport along with other urgency software given preference in allotting appointments through this route. Such applicants must fill-up the program online, create “Application Reference Number” and visit RPO along with printed copy of “ARN Sheet”.
