Bhanwar Lal was given the charge of Telangana State along with the neighbouring state Andhra Pradesh. He will work as the CEO of both states at the same time and is a senior IAS officer. Bhanwar Lal also worked as Hyderabad’s ex-Principal Home Secretary. He appointed as the first CEO of Telangana after its new formation. CEO Bhanwar Lal born in the year 1957 on 25th October. In the year 1983 batch, he was an IAS Officer of Andhra Pradesh Cadre. He belongs to Rajasthan. He completed his masters from Rajasthan University in Economics. Before masters, he pursued his Master of Business Administration from Birmingham University of United Kingdom.
He held the following roles in his career:
- Sub Collector and also Sub Divisional Magistrate at Kandukur.
- Karimnagar’s District Collector in Hyderabad.
- Non-Resident Indian Investment Corporation’s Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh State.
- Project Coordinator for Central Silk Board and also Central Silk Board.
