The CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) introduced its branch on 17 July 1978 in CGHS Pune under the Governance of the MoHFW department, India. It providing the medical care services to Central Government Employees and extended their services to the specified group of people and their family members of Maharashtra state. In CGHS Pune has 1 polyclinic along with 9 wellness centers. All Wellness centers of Pune provide the Allopathic Treatment services.

The 2 Homeopathic units are attached to the 3rd Wellness center and wellness center 5 is for Boys Battalion. The Ayurvedic unit attached to the 7th wellness center located in Mukund Nagar.

Wellness Centers of CGHS Pune

The CGHS Pune starts their services from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM on all working days except public holidays. The beneficiaries of registrations closed at 15 min before of closing the wellness enter. Pune CGHS Cards

The CGHS introduced Plastic Cards to their beneficiaries members in 2008. The CGHS Card is valid for all city wellness centers of CGHS. The Central Government Employees, pensioners can have an option to apply for the plastic cards through online to submit the application forms.
