Telangana is a new state which is trying to develop itself from all the aspects. They have made a separate and individual department to look after the welfare of children and the development of women. That’s indeed a marvellous initiative by Telangana state government. Usually, in other states, this issue comes under the jurisdiction of the department of social welfare. Telangana is the first state to make a separate department to deal with the concerns related to Department of Women Development and Child Welfare in Telangana. There is an independent board to look after the issues minutely. Thus recruitment s are going on. To know more about it, you have to log on to official website TS WDCW Telangana Anganwadi.

The Outcome of the Telangana WDCW Projects
The result of the ICDS projects is excellent. We can see much development in both the women and the children regarding the nutritional matter. Still, they have not yet achieved their aimed goal. They have to do more campaigns and put in more effort to reach their goal. Some of the problems are still there which are yet not solved. Some of the issues include an extremely low weight of the babies at the time of birth, underweight of the children who are above 3 years old and also the anaemic tendency in women, especially who are pregnant. The mortality rate of the infants and the maternal mortality rate is still a challenge to be solved according to the list in Telangana mis.tgwdcw.in Anganwadi.
