About Kerala RERA

Kerala RERA stands for “ Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority ” (കേരള റിയൽ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് റഗുലേറ്ററി അതോറിറ്റി) is a RERA India act. The Kerala State Government has implemented the RERA Kerala or Real Estate Regulatory Authority Kerala in the year 03rd Dec of 2015.

The Government of India has enforced the RERA department in all states in the year 01st May of 2016. Then from 01st May of 2017, all 29 states are started implementing the RERA Department. Sri S Ajayakumar is the 01st Chairman of Real-Estate Regulatory Authority Kerala.
