On the official website of మీకోసం, pictures, as well as documents, can upload by the citizens to validate the grievance or to give any suggestion. However, people first need to login to the official website of మీకోసం to be able to voice their opinion. Presence of Aadhaar Card is also required as the Aadhaar Number needs to be submitted.
The portal of మీకోసం is www.meekosam.ap.gov.in. Any ordinary citizen of Andhra Pradesh can record his/her grievance after entering the Aadhaar Number. After posting your complaint or recommendation, you can also track your Meekosam application status. You will get an email or SMS of the acknowledgment when your opinion published successfully. An option will also be provided by మీకోసం for classifying complaints. The entire process takes place online. After submitting your complaints, it will track by the authority. The concerned department will make aware of it. If no proper step taken to resolve the issue, it will forward to higher authorities.
There is also a toll-free number to help people know about their grievance application status. The number is 1100/1800-425-4440. AP మీకోసం is, therefore, a great platform to let the government know about your dissatisfaction and suggestions. This is an excellent step towards establishing e-governance in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The state’s Chief Minister is very hopeful about its positive outcomes on the state as a whole. He hopes that allowing the residents of a state to speak about their problems and concerns will allow the government to function more efficiently.
