The following is the List of Telangana Monuments:

The above Telangana Monuments are famous monuments in the Telangana state. Here is a brief description of the monuments.

Charminar

It was built in the year 1591 CE located in Hyderabad. The Charminar is the global icon of the Hyderabad and also placed in the very famous recognized structure of India. From the east side of Charminar you can find Musi river, from the north side Laad Bazar and from west side finds Makkah Masjid. The name is the combination of Urdu name as Char and Minar and it translates 4 towers.

Golconda Fort

The Golconda Fort is one of the fabulous fortresses in India. The fort is located in the hill with marvelous design and it is one of the strongest forts in India. The fort was abandoned by Qutub Shahis.

Qutb Shahi Tombs

The place with many tombs dedicated to Qutub Shahi dynasty rulers. It is located in Shaikpet very near distance to the Golconda Fort. The Tombs are examples of the Deccan architecture with delicate marble designs, large minarets, inner passages, and huge domes.

Kakatiya Kala Thoranam

When we here the Warangal district name, a pictorial image comes into every mind that ‘Kakatiya Kala Thoranam’. It built in the year 1200 CE during the Kakatiya dynasty ruling. The arch a stone sculpture created as Kirti Toranam. The arch is the main symbol in the Emblem of Telangana state.

Bhongir Fort

The Fort placed in Nalgonda district, India. The Bhongir fort has built in the 10 century on an isolated monolithic rock by the rulers of Tribhuvanamalla Vikramaditya VI and named it as Tribhuvanagiri. The fort also ruled by Rudramadevi, her grandson Prataparudra.

Paigah Tombs

The Paigah tombs located in Chandrayanagutta, which discovered in recent times. It is very popular among the people because of its great architecture. Sir Vicar Ul Umra has constructed the mosque in the 1996 year and also he is the Paigah Nawab.
