Odisha State is one among the 29 states of India which are located in Eastern India and is bordered with  Andhra Pradesh which is located on the south, Chhattisgarh which is located on the north-west and west side, Jharkhand which is located on the north and West Bengal which is located on the North East. The capital city of Odisha is the Bhubaneshwar.

The Population of Odisha state is about 41,974,218 which is the 11th largest state in Indian population and the Odisha 32 Districts are covering with an area of 155,707 square kilometers (or) 60,119 square miles

Odisha Language

The official and native language of Odisha state is “Odia (ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦିବସ) and it formerly known as “Oriya” and also most widely spoken language i.e. 33.2 million people according to 2001 census

Formation of Odisha State

Orissa State had formed on the year 01st Apr of 1936 as a province in British India which also called as “Odisha Day” (or) Odisha Dibasa and Utkala Dibasa. Formerly Odisha had called as “Orissa”. The state code is “OR”

Odisha Culture

The Jagannath Temple which located in puri known for its Car Festival (or) Rath Yatra, sand art (or) sand sculpture can experience on the beaches at Puri. It contains the different religions of Buddhism, Jainism, and Hinduism.

Odisha Districts

According to Orissa wiki, the state of Odisha Map has divided into 30 districts where these districts again divided into 03 divisions which include Northern Division (or) HQ – Sambalpur, HQ – Cuttack (or) Central Division, Southern Division (or) HQ – Berhampur. Each division has divided into 03 Orissa districts, by area Jharsuguda is the smallest city and Mayurbhanj is the largest city and the state 30 Districts are the following:
