About Rajasthan High Court
The Rajasthan High Court is located in the city of Jodhpur in the state of Rajasthan of India. Its headquarters and current functions established on June 21, 1949, by a presidential decree, with a sanctioned judge strength of 50. It has jurisdiction over the districts of Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dhaulpur, Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar, Baran, Jaipur, Jhunjhnun, Sawaimadhopur, Karauli, Sikar, Tonk, and Dausa, and can even make decisions about the cases discussed in the Jaipur High Court additional Bench.
History of the Rajasthan High Court
The state of Rajasthan formed after the unification of 19 princely states that had established the British crown. Five of those princely states already had their own superior courts, the regions of Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner and Kota. Once the state of Rajasthan created. It felt that the creation of a court superior to the other courts and located in Jodhpur was necessary. This court founded on August 25, 1949, called the Supreme Court of the Judiciary of Rajasthan in Jodhpur, chaired by the honorable judge Kamal Kant Verma.

Jaipur High Court
With the various decrees established for the reorganization of the states, in 1958 the bench that the Hcraj had in the city of Jaipur also eliminated.
