About Telangana State 2BHK Housing Scheme
In order to provide affordable 2BHK houses in the Telangana State for the candidates who are eligible for the Telangana State 2BHK Housing scheme, Telangana Government is providing a chief scheme of 2BHK Housing scheme.
In the year of 2016 – 2017 about 80k houses had been constructed under the 2BHK housing scheme by the State Government of Telangana. So, construction of 1.4 Cores of 2BHK houses had kept a target by the State Government of Telangana to build the houses in the year 2016 – 2017.

In 2BHK housing scheme of Telangana, each and every house consists of two Bedrooms, 1 Kitchen, one Hall and 2 Toilets with the 560 Square Feet pedestal area.
In the Urban areas, excluding the Foundation cost the estimated cost of the construction of the house is Rs. 5.30 Lacks Based upon the land type at the site of construction the pattern of the housing units construction would decide to be G+1 to G+9.

What are the Eligibility Criteria for 2BHK Housing Scheme of Telangana?
- In the State of Telangana, the applicants should not contain house of their own in the urban area (or) urban agglomerations.
- As the fixed limit income provided by A.P Board of Housing for the various categories does not vary from time to time should not touch the ceiling point.
- At the period of application the applicant should not contain combinations of personal income
- If the applicant receives numbers of houses from the State Government of Telangana are not eligible for of 2BHK Housing Scheme.
- Reservations: Reservation quota is obtained at the time of allotment of 2BHK houses under 2BHK Housing Scheme Telangana.
