RERA Goa stands for “ Real Estate Regulatory Authority Goa ” (स्थावर मालमत्ता नियामक प्राधिकरण गोवा) is an act of Parliament of India. Just like other states of India, the State Government of Goa has also implemented Goa RERA in the year 24th Nov of 2017. The Goa Real Estate Regulatory Authority is the act of 2016 implementing under the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
