Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank came into existence on November 2013 in India in the following merger of two RRBs under the Regional Rural Banks Act 1976. Head office of this bank is in Rohtak, Haryana and Punjab National Bank is the sponsor Bank of SHGB. The RRB operates in 22 Haryana Districts state through a network of more than 650 Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank branches. It is jointly owned by the sponsor Bank PNB, Government of India (भारत सरकार) and Government of Haryana. Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank recently got an award from NABARD for the formation of farmers club in the state.
