The Space Applications Centre is an institution which specializes in research programs in India. It is under the administration of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) Located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat State. The abbreviated form of Space Applications Centre is SAC (सैक). At present, SAC is among ISRO’s most important centers that deal with research, demonstration, and development of the ways of space technology in the Department of Space. They apply it in the fields of remote sensing, satellite navigation, telecommunications, and meteorology.
