About Telangana RSS
A Telangana RSS stands for Telangana Rythu Samagra Survey was the initial program started after the Telangana Formation Day (02nd June of 2014) for the community of farmers by the State Government of Telangana.
Objectives of Telangana Rythu Samagra Survey
- To make relief to the farmers from the debts by implementing Crop Loan Waiver
- Investing large in Telangana irrigation department (Minor, Medium and Major)
- Crop colonies promotion
- Godowns construction for the additional storage
- Farm mechanization promotion
- Distribution of timely and decentralized seeds and fertilizers
- To raise productivity in agricultural fields along with making farming remunerative
- Supplying Free 24/7 power supply to the agricultural fields
- Micro-irrigation promotion
- Poly houses promotion
- By creating additional AEO posts (01 AEO for every 5000 acres of land) for extension machinery strengthening
- E – Nam (Electronic Nam) and Marketing reforms
About MBMP
MB – MP stands for “Maa Bhoomi – Maa Panta” (Our Land – Our Crop) is a mobile application development which helps to collect the data of farmers like Types of Land, Management, Landholdings, crops they cultivate etc and based on the details the AEO’s will help the agricultural farmers by providing the requirements.
The main objective of the Maa Bhoomi – Maa Panta mobile app is to collect the farmer’s details in one place
Recruitment for Telangana Rythu Samagra Survey
- 1000 more AEO’s are recruited for the Telangana RSS with the help of TSPSC (Telangana State Public Service Commission) along with 526 AEO’s will taken for recruitment in future and by creating additional AEO posts (01 AEO for every 5000 acres of land) for extension machinery strengthening
2000 Mini Soil Testing Labs will be given to the AEO’s in order to help the agricultural farmers to cultivate the crops which are suitable for their lands.
