Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation is also simply called as TSIIC (in Telugu (తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పారిశ్రామిక మౌలిక సదుపాయాల సంస్థ) is an initiative industrial development by Telangana State Government introduced by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Company of Telangana State provides infrastructures by developing the Telangana Industries Department.

Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation is founded on Telangana Formation Day (2nd June of 2014) to identify and develop the potentially grown centres in the Telangana state completely equipped with developed roads, water, plots/sheds, power, drainage and also other infrastructure facilities. It is the Priority Scheme of RICH Telangana (Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad)

The Industrial areas are ranges from the following acres of 15 Acres to 2500 Acres; the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation has existence in each and every Mandal headquarters of the near district. In these industrial areas, a huge number of the house will have existence.
