Telangana State is the South Indian States of India which is a 12th largest state and Hyderabad is the capital city. The official and native language of TS State are Telugu and Urdu. The population of TG State is 35,193,978 which is 12th largest in the population of India. Telangana 31 Districts classified into 7 zones and 2 multi zones in Telangana state. The State of Telangana covered with a geographical area of 112,077 square kilometers (or) 43,273 square miles. Telangana Chief Minister is Sri Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao who is the 1st CM after the state formation.
Formation of Telangana State
Formerly Andhra Pradesh and TS State are merged as one state but after the Formation of TS State, it has separate rules, guidelines, regulations, responsibilities, and government. Officially 02nd June of 2014 is celebrated as Telangana State Formation Day and it is the 29th state of Government of India.
TS State Culture
The Culture and Festivals of TS State combined with the customs of Moghuls, Nizams and Qutub Shahis, It has a rich traditional culture in Painting, Gusadi Dance, Classical Music, Kolatam and folk arts such as Shadow Puppet Show, Perini Shivatandavam, and Burra Katha.
The Famous and Cultura Festival of TS State is Bathukamma Festival. It is the TS State Floral Festival which is celebrated during Durga Nava Rathri (For Nine Days) by the TS State Women. It is celebrated by singing the TS State Bathukamma Songs with the different varieties of forest flowers and leaves. Bathukamma Images shows the glitters of the festival celebrated by the state people.
Also, there are many Festivals and Jatharas of TS State including Bonalu, Medaram Samakka Saralamma Jathara, Edupayala Jathara, Keslapur Nagoba Jathara, Kondagattu Jathara etc
