The HBCSE (Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education) is a Federal Centre of the TIFR ( Tata Institute of Fundamental Research ) situated in Mumbai, India. HBCSE Olympiad Programmes
The HBCSE is a premier institution in India for research & development in mathematical education and Science technology. It is the nodal centre for the Olympiad programmes in chemistry, mathematics, astronomy, physics, junior science, and astronomy. It also launched one major programme is NIUS (National Initiative on Undergraduate Science).
CCS Rules
The CCS can abbreviate as Central Civil Services is a Government of India programs launched by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. The CCS Rules provides you with the Guidelines and more of the Indian Government Decisions.

Graduate School of Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education
The Homi Bhadra Centre also runs a Graduate school in the Science Education. Students can admit to the Graduate school and work towards the Ph.D. degree of the TIFR (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research), is a Deemed University. The HBCSE also started a Water is Life (Jal Hi Jeevan Hai) programme on World Environment Day to know the importance of the water in India.
