Tehri Dam (Uttaranchal )
Tehri Dam is Situated in Bhagirathi River, Uttaranchal is also known as Uttarakhand. This Dam is world largest dam in Indian Country, with a height of 261 meters and 8 tallest dams in World. This water is used for the irrigation and municipal water supply is also used for generation of Power of 1,000 MW of Hydroelectric city.
